Nas\u0131l ilerleyece\u011fiz? Bedende s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131p kalm\u0131\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f travmalar\u0131 nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6zece\u011fiz? Nas\u0131l iyile\u015fece\u011fiz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k, bedeni tedavi s\u00fcrecine dahil etmeden tam bir iyile\u015fme olmayaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bedeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak, harekete ge\u00e7irmek gerekiyor ki kas\u0131l\u0131p kalm\u0131\u015f beden gev\u015femeye, rahatlamaya ba\u015flas\u0131n. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve ki\u015fiyi gereksiz yere \u00f6fkeye, pani\u011fe, korkuya s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen alanlar sakinle\u015fmeye ba\u015flas\u0131n.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki madem bu kadar kolay, neden o kadar da kolay de\u011fil? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, en basit eylem olan nefes al\u0131p verme bile basit bir eylem de\u011fil. \u00d6zellikle de travma ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ki\u015filer i\u00e7in. \u00c7ocukken \u015fiddete maruz kal\u0131rken b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtimalle korkudan nefesini tutmak zorunda kalan ki\u015fi, hayat\u0131n\u0131n geri kalan\u0131nda hi\u00e7 fark\u0131na varmadan nefesini tutarak, derin, diyaframdan nefes almay\u0131 unutarak ya\u015f\u0131yor. Basit bir derin nefes al\u0131p verme eylemi bile ki\u015fiye, fark\u0131na varmasa bile ge\u00e7mi\u015f tecr\u00fcbelerini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in istemsizce paniklemesine sebep olabiliyor. Nefes egzersizleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda nedenini anlamadan kendisini huzursuz hissedebiliyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 pani\u011fi ya da huzursuzlu\u011fu spor ya da egzersiz yaparken de ya\u015fayabiliyor ki\u015fi. Egzersiz, psikolojik rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar, depresyon, anksiyete i\u00e7in en iyi re\u00e7etelerden birisi ancak spora ba\u015flayabilmek i\u00e7in a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken duvar baz\u0131 insanlara \u00e7ok zor, \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek gelebiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki nereden ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z? Eski korkular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 (bedende s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131p kald\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in asl\u0131nda hala bug\u00fcn gibi tazeler) uyand\u0131rmadan nas\u0131l bedenimizi hareket ettirmeye ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En hafif, en basit ad\u0131m, sabah uyand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, hen\u00fcz yataktan kalkmadan \u00f6nce ve gece yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda uykudan hemen \u00f6nce bedenimizi kas\u0131p gev\u015fetmekle ba\u015flayabiliriz. \u00d6nce ellerimizi yumruk yap\u0131p s\u0131karak, yava\u015f yava\u015f ayn\u0131 anda kollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131karak, bacaklar ve t\u00fcm bedeni s\u0131karak ve sonra yava\u015f\u00e7a gev\u015feterek.. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada, her k\u00fclt\u00fcrde m\u00fczik ve beden hareketlerini birle\u015ftiren folklorik hareketler bo\u015funa \u00fcretilmemi\u015f. Ritmik hareketler, ritmik m\u00fczik e\u015fli\u011finde kafa sallama, el, kol, bacak  hatta t\u00fcm bedeni hareket ettiren eylemler.. bu esnada kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, kalp at\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zlanmas\u0131.. t\u00fcm bunlar sinir sistemini d\u00fczenleyen ve ki\u015fiyi sakinle\u015ftiren eylemler. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda egzersizin mutluluk hormonu salg\u0131lan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve stres hormonunun az salg\u0131lanmas\u0131nda da etkileri var. Art\u0131k egzersizin depresyon, mutsuzluk, \u00f6fke, duygu kontrol\u00fc vb durumlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki faydalar\u0131, say\u0131lamayacak kadar \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma ile ispatlanm\u0131\u015f durumda.
