I specialise in helping individuals regulate their nervous systems by fostering a deeper connection between their bodies, minds, and emotions.

The goal is to help you develop healthier coping strategies, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and achieve inner and outer balance and harmony.

An important part of this journey involves forming a strong therapeutic alliance, where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. This connection allows us to explore your experiences safely, creating a space where trust and mutual respect foster growth.

As we build this foundation, we can recognise how early attachment experiences shape your current relationships and coping patterns.

Secure attachment fosters confidence, resilience and healthy coping mechanisms, while insecure attachment can lead to maladaptive behaviours and relationship difficulties.

The therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity to form a secure attachment, strengthening your connection with yourself and others. Safety, trust, and co-regulation lead to self-regulation, transformation and personal growth.

I’ll guide you in recognising and addressing defence mechanisms—subconscious strategies often developed in childhood to help us navigate our environment and protect us from emotional pain but may become dysfunctional over time.

Our work will explore your nervous system’s responses to stress and help create emotional balance and regulation.

We may also work with the internal parts of you—conflicting beliefs or feelings that can increase internal tension and dysregulation. Through understanding and negotiating between these parts, we can help them come together in harmony, reducing stress, tension, and anxiety.

I also incorporate somatic therapy techniques, recognising that emotions are stored in the body, and supporting self-regulation.

Together, we’ll work towards your goals, helping you find inner peace and build stronger, more meaningful connections with yourself and others.
